Use just a half pump for both eyes--a little goes a long way.
002 Dot, dot, dot
Dot under each eye 3 times, and optionally, dot a tiny amount above the eye.
003 Smooth
Using the cooling applicator, smooth over the entire eye area from undereye to brow, including eyelids.
004 Blend
Blend out with fingertips for a seamless finish.
